HAARP stands for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.
What is that you say? - When you break down the Acronym it is quite simple.
It is a 'Research Program' studying the "Activity" of "High Frequency Energy" within the "Auroral" Atmosphere.
Most of us are familliar with the wonderous phenomena of "Aurora Borealis" and "Aurora Astralis"- commonly referred to as the "Northern" and "Southern" Lights found in the Alaskan and Antarctic Regions.
The phenomena occurs predominantly but is not limited to areas located closest to and surrounding the North and South Poles where magnetic particles are most prevalent in the atmosphere. It is a universal light display of spectacular electric colours that ribbon across the night skies, an effect created when solar radiation waves emitted from our own Sun travel and impact the Earth's ionisphere causing the fantastic display.
In short - this is the area of our general atmosphere scientists refer to as the 'Auroral Atmosphere'.
So why is this a concern? What is so unusual about the study of our own Earth's Atmosphere when we as a civilization have been studying the Universe, Galaxies and Planets for thousands years now?
I guess it all comes down to intention.
If the US Government were studying our Ionisphere in a genuine bid to understand the great mysteries of the Universe in the hope of bettering and advancing mankind and making the World a better place - I guess we would all be cool with this right?
As a society we naively go on thinking that this is what our Governments are doing when they invest billions of tax payer dollars into these Government funded programs like HAARP. We elect our Governements to represent and defend the rights and liberties of the People - fought for and set in place by those before us, and instill our confidence and trust in these figures under the assumption they are looking after our best interests.
What is really happening is a handful of people known as 'the elite' Powers of Society, bankers, aristocrats, royalty - stand above the Government Puppets whom we think we elect in the Public eye only to direct them to fulfil their 'not so private' agenda of establishing domination and control over the population. Creating a One World Government through the manipulation of the media, world finance, global fear, education, infrustructure and law - will ultimately result in a "New World Order" where Governments will have ultimate power over the people, basically creating a biological race of slaves. It sounds dramatic but what else is having control over someone else's power really called?
Strategies are being implemented before our very eyes - 'short' stories mixed within these non-sensical stories we hear on our News and in the mainstream Media - Clippets of news of what is currently forming as the African, European and North American Unions as we speak.
Soon there will be an Asian Union also and when you start seeing these things fall into place, it's not hard to see the future strategy of combining all of these 'unions' together - all secretly operated by the same people at the top behind closed doors, to form this One World Order dominated by very few. Universal Law, a universal currency of credit in the form of human micro-chipping to control the masses, programming, re shaping human genetics - This is happening People! But why would anyone want to do this you may say?
This is where the conspiracies come in...
Money, greed, ultimate power are some of the obvious reasons. Creating a submissive society who can be controlled and who is compliant and will not resist the orders, demands or instructions of the few elite in power looking to carry out their own personal, spiritual and desirable agendas is another...
A combination of all.
Anyway the point I'm getting at is that from the beginning of time, Man has been determined and have aspired to be like the Gods they (so called) created and who's images and history has been carried from Ancient to Modern Times.
If you believe in the occult and the Spritual and do your research, you will start to see a link between both worlds and realise that both are closely intertwined and this knowledge is blinded to the public eye. Harnessing personal energy from the masses through spiritual worship for the purposes of carrying out a particular agenda is a a topic of its own and something I'm sure I will delve into in a future blog...
Back to the topic of HAARP - Okay so....
To be God Like is to have ultimate control over the People and the Masses - we have established this.
Since the birth of television our Minds have become stimulated, conditioned and directed by the information supplied through the visual form of television media. Sight can be one of the most deceptive functions of the 5 senses we rely on as humans - and what many people don't understand is that the mind can be manipulated through certain imagery and symbolism and what 'your eyes see' may not necessarily be the message that's being transmutting to the brain. This is important to recognise as certain 'messages' can basically be implanted into your sub-concious mind without your 'conscious' mind being aware of it.
A basic example can be found below - Try it to see how easy it is to trick the mind with imagery...
This is how brain operates - and it is easy for us to be blissfully unaware that it's even happening.

So if you look at the above description of the 'HAARP" Program - what they are basically saying is they shoot high frequency energy into a part of our Atmosphere known as the 'Ionoshphere' using a machine that gerenates 'high frequency energy" - exciting (tampering with) our atmosphere for reasearch and scientific purposes.
Also note how both phrases are set out in seperate bullet form - The next comment stating that there is more than one instrument used for scientific purposes to observe the 'physical processes that occur in the excited region'. What I interpret this to mean is - they observe what happens when they direct the energy at a given place or target - which we all assume is the Ionosphere as stated in the previous comment- right? - Maybe. As it does not directly reference the 'Ionosphere' in the 2nd statement this could be interpreted as they study what happens whenever they direct this thing where ever they like, OR where ever these instruments appear to impact - which some say, is the Human Mind.
I found a program of ex-wrestler turned Conspiracy Theorist "Jesse Ventura" on YouTube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8004X76iXFk who investigated into the HAARP Project and came up with surprising results.
As an ex-Navy Seal - Ventura appears to have a good understanding of the inner workings of Government & Politics although many don't take him seriously after his career in pro wrestling.
I have to admit, he's a show pony for the camera but I genuinely believes he takes the task seriously and proceeds to investigate and visit the HAARP Military Base located in Alaska to find out more.
What's interesting to note is the HAARP Project is apparently an 'unclassified'facility - which means it is a miliatary facility the public should 'technically' have access to - but don't. Watch the program and see for yourself he gets 'shafted' by security at the Gates and attempts to interviews those living in the towns directly surrounding the premises.
HAARP operates via a series of Antenna's interconnected to create one 'giant antenna' as an energy conductor to the ionosphere. From what I have seen and read - this machine/instrument gererates 3.6 million watts of radio energy (the average American radio station by law cannot operate with more than 50,000 watts of radio energy due to 'safety' reasons of 'unknown' possible effects of radio waves)
To clarify - by law radio stations across America are required to transmit radio frequencies directly overhead (imagine a straight line from the antenna to the sky) - The HAARP Project with it's 3.6 million watts of radio frequence energy has the capability 'spread' frequency waves directly overhead but also across a surface area of the sky - and is alleged to have the ability to aim at specific targets on land also. When you start looking at this technology you start to ask - What intention do they have to use this machine?
Enter Conspiracy Theories:
# Weather Control - No i'm not making this up and when you think about it - it makes sense. They are shooting energy into our atmosphere guys, what other purpose would there be other than to find out how it works - only to learn how to eventually manipulate it?
Why would they want to manipulate the weather?
The original inventor of the technology had the intention of using it for good (as all ideas that are corrupted for the use of power often are). Imagine controlling the rain, and manipulating it into areas of drought stricken countries existing without water? Imagine foreseeing a hurricane about to hit a populated area and being able to manipulate the wind to send it out to sea where there will be minimal impact and human casualties can be avoided? Imagine generating the perfect weather conditions for growth of crops to eliminate world hunger so there was enough food for everyone to survive and flourish without currency in the World?
Weather Control could provide a lot of benefits for Mankind and would indeed change the history of how we live and operate as societies.
So let's look at the flipside - What if the intention was not for the above but something more sinster?
Now imagine being able to forge war on a country in the form of weather manipulated 'super storm' or hurricane? Or manipulating the weather in such a way that they recieve 'no rain' - limiting access to water and the ability to survive and wiping out entire nations through death and starvation?
Can you now see the horribly big picture?
It's not nice to imagine but I believe you are naive if you don't consider the latter may be the reality.
My mother always told me: '99% of what we think never happens - stay positive but think the worst'.
Unfortunately there are many people out there that think this way and even worse - people in power who endorse it - it's called ambition and advancement.
There is evidence that HAARP is now set up in various countries all over the world, and will one day (if not already) interlink to create the BIGGEST antenna in the world. I'm a strong believer that HAARP has been operating weather for some time, and the evidence of chemtrails, strange weather phenomenon is becoming rife across the Internet - people are starting to question.
The Earthquakes, Floods, Superstorms, varying daily weather patterns are frightening evidence that something is happening within our Atmosphere. If it's not solar flares, the approach of the Earth into the Galactic Centre or global warming as many say - then it has to be HAARP.
I believe it's a combination of all of the above - but will save this for another blog at another time...
# Mind Control - It's not as crazy as you may think. I'm no Scientist, but I like to think I'm pretty cluey once something has been demonstrated or explained to me. I will try and explain it in the most basic way I know how.
Okay - so everything surrounding us, people, animals, objects all consist of matter, that when broken down to it's core components, consists of the same thing - protons and neurones. The reason why we are all different, and why we have liquid, solid objects and those in between is because each operates on a different wave of frequency. A frequency is a 'vibration' - caused by sound waves and depending on how many vibrations are going though the object, depends on how solid, liquified the matter is. (Like I said - a very basic description!) Each of us operate on a different frequency level, humans to objects to animals all operate on different frequencies, and frequencies are indifferent to each other as humans (we can as individuals run on further individualised frequencies depending on what we are exposed to in life).
Anyways - as humans on a basic level, the brain operates on a particular frequency level - and this is something Scientists have discovered and have been able to identify. HAARP being a machine that manipulates frequency energy has been said to be used in conjunction tests of public 'mind control', and the science behind the instrument makes sense as being able to do so.
The ionosphere is operating on a different frequency level to us - therefore the machine is adjusted for this purpose - as it is when testing for the purposes of Mind Control.
It's really not that far-fetched when you really think about it. But what's even more far-fetched is the next theory:
# A Weapon Against Alien Invasion: Okay before you click out - hear me out.
One thing I have failed to mention (but I would think most people would assume) is that this is a 'Military Project' - operated and owned by the American Government. It must be assumed that any Military Project conducted is in search of aiding their position of Military power by investiging technologies that will ultimately better the defense system of their country - meaning the creation of Weapons.
It is said the original patent of this machine was created by an 'Oil Company' (bought out by the American Government) originally used to locate underground/underwater locations for drilling by using frequency sound to locate oil. The Government bought this out to use the technology as a way of locating enemy submarines and underground bases and has since expanded on the technology to create what some say is a 'super weapon'.
Imagine a laser beam hitting you from a transmitted frequency to a satellite in the sky? Imagine in times of war Government using this technology to destroy their enemies. This technology is existent and not a prototype. There is evidence already that the US Military are operating this technology already in the form of the Directed Energy Weapons.
I believe this technology is associated with the experiments conducted through HAARP and soon - if not already America WILL have the 'biggest weapon of mass destruction' available to mankind.
Some say the justification behind this project is a predicted 'Alien Invasion' that our Governments have been aware of for decades, and that the creation of such a weapon is to stop such an invasion if this occurs.
A more believable theory is that the goal of the project is to create the ultimate super weapon with the ability to shoot and disintegrate a comet or space object from the sky if pending doomsday were to occur - which scientist are saying is a real possiblity.
Believe what you want - While you can and while your own mind still allows you to...... ;)
